Great new surface for the Barrow Blue Way ,copy and paste Waterways plans this just one fantastic project .
It is about time that some body provided facilities for those less able and also allows family's to enjoy nature by the river.
Well done to Waterways Ireland and the Councils in Kilkenny Carlow Laois Kildare.
